Summary
This study will test two supplements — essential phospholipid and betaine HCL/L-glutamic acid — in 200 adults with metabolic fatty liver disease (MAFLD). The goal is to see which one reduces fat in the liver more effectively. Participants will be followed for a period to measure changes in liver fat using imaging.
