Summary
This study tests whether an 8-week home-based high-intensity interval training (HIIT) program, done on a stationary bike and supervised remotely, can reduce liver fat and improve other health measures in 54 adults aged 35-65 with metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease (MAFLD). Participants will do short bursts of intense pedaling followed by easy recovery, with the workout tailored to their fitness level. The goal is to see if this time-efficient exercise is safe, feasible, and effective for managing MAFLD.
