This study tests whether an 8-week home-based high-intensity interval training (HIIT) program, done on a stationary bike and supervised remotely, can reduce liver fat and improve other health measures in 54 adults aged 35-65 with metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease (MAFLD). Participants will do short bursts of intense pedaling followed by easy recovery, with the workout tailored to their fitness level.
