New dissolvable scaffold tested for saving legs from severe artery disease

Summary
This study looks at a device called Esprit BTK, a scaffold that slowly dissolves, used to open blocked leg arteries in people with chronic limb-threatening ischemia (CLTI), a serious condition that can lead to amputation. About 200 participants will be followed to see if the device keeps arteries open safely without major complications like limb loss or death. The goal is to confirm the device works well in everyday medical practice.
