Heart surgery pain showdown: which nerve block works best?

Summary

This study compares two types of nerve blocks (ESPB and PIFB) to see which one provides better pain relief and helps patients breathe easier after open-heart surgery. About 80 adults having their first heart surgery will take part. The main goal is to measure how much pain medicine they need in the first 48 hours after surgery.
