NCT ID NCT07369102
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether adding special therapy sessions before and after esketamine (Spravato®) nasal spray can help people with depression that hasn't improved with other treatments. About 20 adults will be randomly assigned to get esketamine either with or without these therapy sessions. The goal is to see if the extra support leads to longer-lasting mood improvements.
