Summary
This study is testing whether adding the drug esketamine to standard fibromyalgia treatment provides faster and better pain relief. It will involve 106 adults with fibromyalgia who haven't gotten enough relief from non-drug treatments. The main goal is to see if the combination treatment reduces pain more quickly than standard treatment alone.
