Summary

This study checks if a new smartphone-based method called ESDAM can accurately measure what people eat and drink. Researchers will compare the app's results with lab tests that show actual energy and protein intake. About 115 adults who own a smartphone and have a stable weight will participate. The goal is to see if the app can be a reliable tool for future research and health checkups.
