Summary
This study looks at how often pregnant women who have their water break early carry antibiotic-resistant bacteria. Researchers will test samples from 250 women in French hospitals to track these bacteria and find out what raises the risk. The goal is to help doctors choose the right antibiotics to protect both mother and baby from infection.
