Summary
This study tests an experimental oral drug called IPN01194 in 220 adults with advanced solid tumours (melanoma, colorectal, pancreatic, or head and neck cancers) that have spread and no longer respond to standard treatments. The goal is to find the right dose and check if the drug is safe and can shrink tumours. Participants take the drug by mouth, and the study is currently recruiting.
