NCT ID NCT07776470
First seen Aug 20, 2026 · Last updated Aug 21, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This trial tests whether ergonomic training, exercise training, or a combination of both can reduce caregiver burden, musculoskeletal pain, burnout, and fatigue in people caring for dependent individuals. Caregivers aged 18-65 who provide at least 4 hours of care daily for 6 months or more are eligible. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of four groups: ergonomic training, exercise training, both, or usual care. The study measures changes in burden, pain, sleep quality, and knowledge over 12 weeks, with a follow-up after the intervention ends.
