Summary
This study looks at whether a program involving horses (equine therapy) can help school-aged children with intellectual disabilities feel less stressed and become more independent. About 60 children will take part in 30-minute horse riding and care sessions. Researchers will measure stress through heart rate and other body signals, as well as balance and daily living skills.
