Summary

This study looks at whether an early, coordinated care program can help people aged 75 and older with digestive cancer finish their planned chemotherapy or targeted therapy. About 144 participants will be randomly assigned to either the special program or standard care. The main goal is to see if the program helps patients complete all treatment cycles over 24 weeks.
