Blood test could reveal how lung cancer evolves during treatment

NCT ID NCT07670442

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study uses blood tests (liquid biopsies) to track how small cell lung cancer changes during chemotherapy and immunotherapy. Researchers will analyze DNA from blood samples taken before, during, and after treatment in 50 patients. The goal is to understand why some cancers become resistant and to guide more personalized treatment in the future.
