Summary

This study looks back at medical records of 350 people with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) who received acalabrutinib through a UK early access program. Researchers want to see how long patients go without their cancer worsening and how long they live. The goal is to understand how well the drug works in real-world settings, outside of controlled clinical trials.
