Summary
This study tests whether enoxaparin, a blood thinner, can prevent blood clots caused by central venous catheters in critically ill children. Researchers will enroll 258 children up to 17 years old and adjust the dose based on age. The goal is to see if age affects how well the drug works, while monitoring for bleeding risks.
