First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at whether a special training program called Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) can help soldiers handle stress better and stay ready for tough missions. About 600 soldiers from the 3rd Security Force Assistance Brigade will take part. Researchers will compare those who get ACT training with those who get the usual training, using surveys to measure resilience over 16 months.
