Metaverse support groups aim to strengthen resilience in trans and nonbinary individuals

Summary
This study tests whether support groups held in the Metaverse can help gender diverse people (transgender, nonbinary, or questioning) build resilience and self-compassion. 123 participants will be randomly assigned to the virtual group, a standard support group, or a waitlist. The goal is to see if this innovative approach improves well-being and coping skills.
