Summary
This study looked back at the medical records of 471 women who had breast cancer surgery with immediate reconstruction. It compared a newer, less invasive method using a tiny camera (endoscopic surgery) to the traditional method with a larger cut. The goal was to see which approach led to fewer complications, better recovery, and higher patient satisfaction with cosmetic results and quality of life.
