Smart report aims to match breast cancer patients with best drugs

NCT ID NCT07590583

First seen May 16, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026

Summary

This early-stage study tests whether a special report, created from a patient's tumor tissue, can help doctors choose better treatments for advanced hormone receptor-positive breast cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The report lists which drugs might work and which the cancer may resist. About 20 participants will be enrolled to see if this approach is practical and useful.
