First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated May 02, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study aims to create a realistic model of the endometrium (the uterine lining) in the lab using tissue from patient biopsies. Researchers will test how different hormone treatments affect this model, with the goal of predicting which treatment works best for each person. The study involves 90 women with or without endometriosis. This is a research project to better understand the disease and improve treatment choices, not a direct treatment trial.
