Summary
This study tested two pelvic floor muscle strengthening methods—EMG-biofeedback and rebound therapy—in 42 women with endometriosis. The goal was to see which better reduces pain, improves muscle strength, and boosts quality of life. Participants had at least moderate pain and were not on medical treatment for endometriosis during the study.
