New hope for endometriosis pain: exercise and education program shows promise

Summary

This study tests whether a physiotherapy program that combines gentle exercise with pain education can reduce pain and improve daily life for women with endometriosis. About 62 women will take part, with half receiving the combined program and half receiving pain education alone. The goal is to see if this approach helps with pain, movement, and quality of life over 8 weeks of treatment and 8 weeks of follow-up.
