New PET/MRI scan could spot endometriosis without surgery

Summary
This study is testing whether a special PET/MRI scan can accurately diagnose endometriosis. About 24 women with suspected endometriosis will get the scan before their planned surgery. The goal is to see if the scan can find endometriosis as well as or better than current methods, potentially reducing the need for exploratory surgery.
