Summary
This study is testing a four-part treatment for advanced endometrial cancer that has come back or worsened after prior therapy. It combines a personalized vaccine made from a patient's own blood cells with three drugs designed to help the immune system attack the cancer. The goal is to see if this combination can better control the disease and stop it from progressing for longer.
