New combo therapy trial aims to stop aggressive uterine cancer from returning

Summary
This study is testing if adding an immunotherapy drug called Dostarlimab to standard radiation treatment can help prevent cancer from coming back in women with a specific, harder-to-treat type of advanced endometrial (uterine) cancer. It is for women who have already had surgery for stage III or IVA cancer and have certain genetic markers (MMR-D or MSI-H). The main goals are to see if the combination is safe and if it improves the time patients live without their cancer getting worse.
