New drug combo tested for Tough-to-Treat uterine cancer

Summary
This study is testing whether combining two drugs, nab-sirolimus (given by IV) and letrozole (a daily pill), can help control advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer. It is for patients whose cancer has returned or spread and who have had zero to one prior rounds of chemotherapy. The main goal is to see how many patients' tumors shrink or disappear with this combination treatment.
