Summary
This study tests a program called Empower LCS/Call+ to help adults who are at high risk for lung cancer complete their recommended screening. The program includes educational materials, reminders for patients and doctors, and support with financial or community resources. Some participants who haven't been screened after a few months may also receive phone-based help to overcome barriers. The goal is to see if these strategies make it easier for people to get screened and catch lung cancer early.
