Summary
This study tests whether a chatbot—a digital tool you can use on a phone or computer—can help women understand their mammogram results and remind them to get follow-up care if needed. Researchers will enroll about 2,700 women who recently had a mammogram, and half will get the chatbot in addition to usual care. The goal is to see if the chatbot improves screening adherence and follow-up testing, especially for underserved communities.
