Summary

This study tests whether adding empagliflozin or semaglutide to insulin helps overweight adults with type 1 diabetes achieve better blood sugar control. About 105 participants will take one of these drugs for 3 months. The goal is to lower HbA1c without causing dangerous low blood sugar or weight gain.
