Summary

This pilot study tests whether a group-based behavioral therapy delivered over Zoom can help 30 adults with both chronic pain and opioid use disorder. The therapy focuses on emotional awareness and expression to reduce pain, disability, depression, and anxiety. Researchers will measure how acceptable and feasible the treatment is, along with changes in pain intensity and opioid-related problems.
