Summary

This study tested Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), a simple tapping method, on 53 pregnant women scheduled for a planned C-section. The goal was to see if EFT could lower their anxiety, fear of surgery, and feelings of traumatic birth. Results suggest this low-cost, non-invasive approach may help women feel calmer before delivery.
