Summary
This study tests if a therapy called EMDR can reduce post-traumatic stress symptoms in parents whose baby was in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). About 80 parents with PTSD symptoms will be randomly assigned to get EMDR right away or after a waiting period. The goal is to see if EMDR helps lower their distress and improve well-being.
