Can a single drug stop cancer Treatment's worst side effects?

Summary

This study tests if a drug called emapalumab can prevent severe side effects (cytokine release syndrome and nerve toxicity) caused by bispecific antibody therapy for lymphoma and multiple myeloma. About 60 adults will receive emapalumab before starting their cancer treatment. The goal is to see if this approach makes the cancer therapy safer and more manageable as an outpatient.
