First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looked at how stress, anxiety, and depression affect daily diabetes care in teens and young adults (ages 13-26) with type 1 diabetes. Participants used their smartphones to answer quick surveys throughout the day while wearing a continuous glucose monitor. The goal was to understand real-time links between emotions and blood sugar control, not to test a new treatment.
