Weekly shot aims to ease knee pain and shed pounds

Summary
This study is testing a weekly injection called eloralintide in adults who have painful knee osteoarthritis and are overweight or have obesity. The main goals are to see if the treatment helps reduce knee pain and leads to weight loss. About 900 participants will be in the study for roughly 75 weeks to compare the drug against a placebo.
