First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study tests whether a single infusion of eptinezumab, given within 8 weeks of a mild traumatic brain injury, can reduce the number of headache days and prevent headaches from becoming long-lasting. About 80 adults with post-traumatic headaches that feel like migraines will receive either the drug or a placebo. The goal is to see if early treatment can stop the cycle of chronic pain.
