Summary

This study will check how common electrolyte disturbances (like low sodium or potassium) are in infants and children aged 1 month to 4 years who are hospitalized with gastrointestinal diseases. Researchers will measure electrolyte levels in 150 children to find out which types of imbalances occur most often. The goal is to better understand these hidden problems so doctors can treat them more effectively.
