Needle vs laser: which zaps shoulder pain best?

Summary
This study tests if a needle-based electrical treatment (electrolysis) works better than laser therapy for shoulder tendon pain. About 40 adults with at least 4 weeks of pain will receive one session and be checked before, right after, 24 hours later, and one week later. The goal is to see which treatment reduces pain and improves movement more.
