Summary

This study tests whether a needle-based electrical treatment (percutaneous electrolysis) works better than laser therapy for people with shoulder tendon pain. Forty adults with at least four weeks of symptoms will receive one session and be followed for a week. The goal is to see which method reduces pain and improves movement more quickly.
