Summary
This study looks at how electrochemotherapy—using electric pulses to help chemotherapy enter tumor cells—changes the immune environment of melanoma skin tumors. Researchers want to see if it can turn 'cold' tumors (which don't respond well to immunotherapy) into 'hot' ones. Ten adults with multiple skin melanoma metastases will have some tumors treated and some not, then all will be analyzed under a microscope. The goal is to understand how this local treatment might boost the body's immune response and work together with immunotherapy.
