New drug combo shows promise in early cancer trial

Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called WTX-124, given alone or with another drug (pembrolizumab), in people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to check safety and find the right dose. About 150 adults with certain types of cancer will take part. This is not a cure, but a step toward better disease control.
