Can rubber bands make teen soccer stars jump higher?
NCT ID NCT07367230
Summary
This study tested whether adding elastic band resistance to jump training helps young male soccer players jump higher than traditional training. Thirty-three players aged 14-15 were split into three groups: elastic band training, traditional jump training, or no special training. After six weeks, researchers measured jump height to see which method worked best for improving explosive leg power.
