Summary

This study tests if the drug elacestrant, alone or with abemaciclib, can shrink or control advanced or recurrent ER+ endometrial cancer. About 75 adults who have already had chemotherapy and immunotherapy will take part. The goal is to see how well the treatment works and if it is safe.
