Summary

This study tests a new surgical technique for men with an enlarged prostate who have not gotten relief from medication. The goal is to improve urination while preserving the ability to ejaculate. Sixty sexually active men will be randomly assigned to either the new ejaculation-preserving surgery or the standard procedure, and their urinary and sexual function will be compared over six months.
