NCT ID NCT07183514
First seen Jun 26, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 26, 2026
Summary
This study compares a new material made from eggshells (calcium hydroxyapatite) to a standard one (calcium hydroxide) for protecting the nerve in deep cavities. Fifty-four adults with reversible pulpitis will receive one of the two materials after cavity cleaning. Researchers will check for pain, tooth mobility, and nerve health at 1 and 3 months to see which works better.
