Mind over matter: brain waves trained to heal Stroke-Damaged arms

NCT ID NCT05884762

Summary

This study is testing whether a brain training technique called EEG neurofeedback can help people regain arm and hand movement after a recent stroke. It will compare patients who receive real brain training plus standard rehab to those who receive fake brain training plus standard rehab. The goal is to see if this early intervention leads to better recovery of motor function.
