Summary
This study looks at whether analyzing brain-wave patterns (EEG) can help predict postoperative delirium—a state of confusion—in older adults after surgery. Researchers will collect EEG data before and during surgery from 90 patients aged 65 and older. The goal is to find a way to identify those at risk early, so doctors can intervene sooner.
