Summary
This study tests the safety of a new device that uses sound waves (histotripsy) to break down extra prostate tissue in men with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). About 80 men aged 50 and older with moderate to severe symptoms will be treated and monitored for side effects. The goal is to see if this non-invasive approach can relieve urinary problems without the need for ongoing medication.
