Summary

This study is testing whether a quick, non-invasive test of blood vessel health can help predict preeclampsia and other high blood pressure disorders in pregnancy. Researchers will measure artery stiffness and tiny blood vessel function in 400 first-time pregnant women during their first and second trimesters. The goal is to find a better way to identify women at risk early, so they can be monitored more closely and receive timely care.
