Summary

This study tests whether a 10-day group course called EDEN College can improve quality of life for adults aged 18–65 who hear voices (auditory hallucinations) for at least 6 months. Participants are randomly assigned to either EDEN College or standard group therapy. The main goal is to see if EDEN College leads to better mental well-being, self-esteem, and less stigma, with effects tracked for one year after the course ends.
