First seen Jan 29, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study tested whether Ectoin® Rhinitis Nasal Spray can ease symptoms of acute sinusitis compared to a common herbal tablet (Sinupret forte). 66 adults used the spray or took the tablets for 14 days. Doctors checked symptoms at day 7 and day 14, and patients kept a daily diary. The goal was to see if the spray is effective and well-tolerated.
